PRE-ORDER POLICY

Our pre-orders allow us to produce products in limited quantities while maintaining the quality standards our brand is built on.

Unlike many apparel brands, the majority of our products are made, finished, or fulfilled in-house. This gives us complete control over quality, but it also means production takes longer than mass-produced retail goods.

LEAD TIMES

Production typically begins after the pre-order window closes.

Estimated turnaround is 2–3 weeks after the pre-order period ends, not from the date your order was placed.

Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing delays, supplier delays, equipment issues, quality control, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend production times.

SHIPPING

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is complete.

If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order.

We do not split shipments after an order has been placed unless additional shipping charges are arranged.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Pre-order cancellations or order changes are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.

After the 48-hour window has passed, all pre-order sales are considered final as materials, production scheduling, and inventory planning may have already begun.

UPDATES

If there are any significant production delays, we'll keep customers informed through email and/or our social media channels.
