These measurements apply to our standard production items. Occasionally, we offer heavyweight tees or heavyweight hoodies; when applicable, this will be clearly noted in the item name and/or product description.

Printed on Comfort Colors® garment-dyed heavyweight tees with a relaxed, broken-in fit.

Sizing Advice
True to size with a relaxed fit. Size up for oversized, size down for a slimmer fit. Minimal shrinkage when washed cold and air-dried.

Shipping/Lead Times & Pre-Orders

-Most in stock items typically ship within 3-4 business days.

-Some items and collections are sold as pre-orders and will be indicated as such.

-Pre-order windows are typically open for one week. This is when customers may place pre-orders.

During this time, no pre-order products will be shipped out (in-stock items may ship).
Pre-Order lead times are currently 2-3 weeks AFTER FINAL PRE-ORDER DATE. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON'T WISH TO WAIT THIS LONG. All items are made to order.
This is our typical pre-order lead time and may vary

-In stock items ordered with pre-order items will ship together, unless purchased separately.

-To ensure delivery of your product, please double check your address. We will NOT be responsible for refunding or exchanging orders shipped to the wrong address.

-Since pre-orders may take longer to process, we highly advise you to notify us of any address changes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as we will NOT be responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations

All orders placed with Pueo Defense Group are final once submitted. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after checkout.

We aim to ship in-stock items within approximately 1 week of purchase.
Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order window closes and are expected to ship within 2–3 weeks after the pre-order period ends.

If an order has not shipped within 14 days, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests made before this window or after an order has shipped will not be approved.

Pre-orders, limited releases, and drop items may not be canceled once placed.

Returns

Pueo Defense Group will accept returns and issue a refund to the original form of payment under the conditions outlined below.

All items must be returned in perfect, unworn, and new condition, unwashed, unopened, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and approved by us before being sent back. Any packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days, along with a copy of your order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and signature confirmation, as Pueo Defense Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages. Refunds will not be issued without proof of delivery.

Items may not be returned or exchanged in person.
