Shipping/Lead Times & Pre-Orders
-Most in stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days.
-Some items and collections are sold as pre-orders and will be indicated as such.
-Pre-order windows are typically open for one week. This is when customers may place pre-orders.
- During this time, no pre-order products will be shipped out (in-stock items may ship).
- Pre-Order lead times are currently 4-6 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON'T WISH TO WAIT THIS LONG. All items are made locally or in house with materials from around the world.
- This is our typical pre-order lead time and may vary
-In stock items ordered with pre-order items will ship together, unless purchased separately.
-To ensure delivery of your product, please double check your address. We will NOT be responsible for refunding or exchanging orders shipped to the wrong address.
-Since pre-orders may take longer to process, we highly advise you to notify us of any address changes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as we will NOT be responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy for pre-orders:

Cancellation Window: Pre-orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 72 Hours: Cancellations made after the 72-hour window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund amount.

No Exceptions: This policy applies to all pre-orders, regardless of the expected shipping or release date.

Non Pre-Order Items: Orders for regularly stocked items may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
By placing an order and/or pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Return Policy

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery date.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Initiate a Return:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Why are my orders taking so long to ship?
-It’s mostly just one or two of us doing everything start to finish. We keep it small on purpose so we can stay in control, keep the quality tight, and move how we want. It lets us stay creative without turning into some big machine. Thanks for being cool with the wait.
-Most products are manufactured, printed or made in house. Each shirt is printed to order.
-While our operations are limited, we are very appreciative of your ongoing support and business!
Can I pick up orders in person?
-No. At this time we do not have a public store front.
-Please don’t show up at our mailing address (that’s weird).
